The "Experience" of Trees - Video

Jeff and Bridgette at Festival of Trees, 2009.
(And perhaps my favorite photo of all time.)
Look at my skinny husband. He's lost 50 lbs this year.

The Beautiful Blue Baby Blanket made by Julianne for The "B" Tree.

We were thrilled to find out that our tree sold at auction.
We are hopeful the funds will help a family in need at Primary Children's next year. I don't know the total amount raised in 2009, but I'll add it (here) when the number is released.

If you watch the video, you'll get an inkling of the experience we had Saturday. This Blogger version is quite small, so we suggest you watch the larger download by CLICKING HERE, so you can see details and more vibrant colors.

Oh, Kelly, what a wonderful video! It brings the excitement and poignancy to life for those of us who care but are unable to attend the Festival of Trees ourselves. Thank you for sharing.

And, congratulations to you and all who were involved in The "B" Tree for selling it at auction and helping to raise so much to help others in their times of need.

We are all so grateful that Bridgette was a success story! Thanks go to Primary Children's and to Dr. Black. It is so good to have the opportunity to give a little bit back to them and others.

Love you,

Wow, what a cool video. I'm glad you took so many pics so we could see too. What a neat idea. I love it.

It was great to see you when we were up...even if it was briefly. I love your Bri's toothy smile.

Why is your hubby losing so much weight?

50 pounds--go Jeff! That's quite an accomplishment. As is the beautiful tree.

I ended up on your blog via a google search but wanted to congratulate you for being one of the 'happy' stories. I also wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed both your tree AND the video. You had a picture of our contribution on there too (the "Up" gingerbread house). We are also fortunate to have a 'happy ending' to our story- our preemie twins are now healthy, happy kids.

Congrats on the successful tree and gorgeous daughter (AND the 50 lbs.!_
